Activision announces the U.S. release of the Call of Duty Deluxe Edition, a bundle of the original Call of Duty along with the United Offensive add-on for the World War II shooter. Word is: "Call of Duty: Deluxe edition for the PC is rated 'T' (Teen – Blood, Mild Language, Violence – content suitable for persons ages 13 and older) by the ESRB and carries a suggested retail price of $39.99."
