All claims dismissed as lawyers reach an undisclosed agreement

The legal fight between Activision and former Infinity Ward bosses Jason West and Vince Zampella has ended.
A settlement has been reached, putting an end to over two years of fierce litigation between the publisher, the former Modern Warfare co-creators and the 40 former Infinity Ward employees that joined them in the dispute. West and Zampella's attorney confirmed the settlement, the terms of which went undisclosed, in court today.
"All parties have reached a settlement in the dispute, the terms of which are strictly confidential," is the official response, according to the Twitter feed of LA Times' Ben Fritz.
