Paradox Outlines Initial Line-up of 2011 Free-to-Play Online Games

Paradox Interactive today announced three new free-to-play online games that will launch on the Paradox Connect platform in 2011. The titles, Salem, Gettysburg: Armored Warfare, and Hearts of Iron: The Card Game were revealed late last week in New York City at the annual Paradox Convention. The three new games complement the previously announced Paradox Connect title in development: Dreamlords: Resurrection.
The announced 2011 Paradox Connect line-up includes:
- Salem – A free-to-play crafting MMORPG title set in a mythical version of New England.
- Gettysburg: Armored Warfare – A free-to-play FPS/ RTS hybrid. The game is set during an alternate version of the Civil War and includes tanks, zeppelins, a wide variety of firearms and much more.
- Hearts of Iron: The Card Game – A browser-based, free-to-play digital collectable card game based on the Hearts of Iron franchise.
- Dreamlords: Resurrection – A free-to-play Massively Multiplayer Online Real-Time Strategy (MMORTS) game.
