AMD has given online media the green light to post performance previews of its upcoming 1GB Radeon HD 4870 X2. The black PCB-ed dual-RV770 card offers DirectX 10.1 support, boasts a PLX PCI-Express 2.0 bridge chip and features 1600 Stream Processors and clore and memory clocks identical to those of the HD 4870 - 750 and 3600 MHz respectively.
