Matrix Games and 2 by 3 Games are pleased to announce the release of more screenshots and another portion of the manual for their upcoming American Civil War strategy game, Gary Grigsby’s War Between the States. The newly released section of the manual includes advice on strategies both the Union and Confederate player can employ to achieve victory and highlights the wide variety of historical strategic choices both players have at their disposal to best their opponent.
