Let's make one thing clear: Project Origin--a first-person shooter from publisher Warner Brothers Interactive getting ready for release later this October--is the real follow-up to 2005's 'F.E.A.R.'. In fact, Project Origin starts approximately 30 minutes before the ending of its predecessor. It's being developed by Monolith Productions, the same studio that developed 'F.E.A.R.', and will utilize all the same narrative elements and characters. The only thing it doesn't have is the recognizable name, as the 'F.E.A.R.' label is still property of Vivendi Games (formerly Vivendi Universal Games), which worked with Monolith back in 2005.
