Ghost Recon Teaser Hints At New Game?

The Official Ghost Recon Website now triggers a Flash overlay with a mysterious teaser featuring various (presumably satellite) "transmissions" being "repaired" that currently feature garbled audio and video (Thx:Blue's News). It's not clear what this is all about, but one possibility is certainly that this is the first hint at an upcoming announcement related to the tactical shooter series.
