JoWood Signs 'The Golden Horde' - 22 New Screens

JoWood has signed The Golden Horde under development by WorldForge, an 'epic' strategy game where the player controls one of three factions during the thirteenth century A.D. in an attempt to thwart your opponents and conquer their land. You can play as the Mongolians, Crusaders, or Russians. The game is said to focus not only on the combat of the time including historical battles, but also the political situation. The Golden Horde has a set UK release of March 8th. A North American release has not been announced at this time.
