Who's in the mood for some good ole fashion ransacking?

Digital Jesters has released some tidbits of new media detailing their turn-based strategy title Great Invasions. With a clever mix of action and strategy, Great Invasions covers 3 periods from AD 375 to 1066 with over 10 scenarios and a Grand Campaign. The player will have dozens of different races, realms and empires to choose from, and have the ability to play as one of more than 160 proto-nations/tribes/states. Set in the Dark Ages (if you couldn't tell from the date), there's plenty of full fledged invasion going on during a period that begins with arrival of the Huns and ends with the conquest of England by the Normans, and Great Invasions will cover all of that brutal history in gory, but fun detail.
