Shrapnel Games Celebrates Year Eight With Game Sale

Eight years ago to this day the darkness was pierced. Tim Brooks, designer of such titles as Wages of War (New Worlds Computing/3DO), Soldiers at War (SSI), and the best selling and critically acclaimed, 101st: The Airborne Invasion of Normandy (Empire Interactive), challenged the mainstream group think that computer gaming had become and unleashed Shrapnel Games onto the world. With an initial focus on his love for wargaming, Shrapnel Games soon expanded to delivering gamers the best gaming in the genres that the "big" guys had forsaken.
In the best tradition of cheesy car dealership ads Shrapnel Games just wants to say it may be our anniversary, but you're the ones receiving the presents! Starting today, July 9th, and running thruough July 22nd, gamers will enjoy savings that are... hmm, what would Crazy Al say... out of this world? Amazingly awesome? Our anniversary sale consists of the following savings (savings you can see, we should add): all games that are normally $40 and up are discounted $9 off their usual price, all games between $30 and $39.95 have a savings of $6, and everything else earns a $3 discount. The following is a breakdown of the individual titles, and their discount, to make it easy to scope out how much you can save during the sale.
