New Civil War Strategy Game Announced

Independent game developer, David Mackey, has announced that he is currently working with graphic artist Bozidar Stevcic to recreate the classic DOS Game VGA Civil War Strategy Game by W.R. Hutsell for Windows. The initial intention is to create almost exactly - with the addition of enhanced graphics and PBEM capabilities - Hutsell's original game. Over time, further revisions are expected to incorporate the EGA Civil War Battleset engine - rewritten for Windows as well - into the game for a complete strategical/tactical experience.
