Subsim is releasing their first book: the 2007 Subsim Almanac. This book was written by experts, historians, submarine vets, and top subsim players. It is in celebration of you, the naval enthusiast, the guy who played Silent Service on a Commodore computer, who reads books about Mush Morton, builds models of Gunter Prien’s U-boat, and knows all the characters' names in Das Boot; the fellow who understands how a torpedo data computer works, and who is genetically inclined to grow fangs and howl at the moon when the term "scripted campaign" is uttered.
