EA News announces closed beta testing of the upcoming Northern Strike expansion for Battlefield 2142, saying "Unlike most of our beta programs, this one will feature RANKED servers" (in case you were wondering about the possible cause of ranked server issues in the past). Signups are being accepted on the Combat Testing Website.
