Matrix Games announces the release of a new patch for For Liberty! (Thx:Blue's), updating the revolutionary strategy game to version 1.75 with "a number of tactical and strategic AI improvements, on top of some battle tweaks to improve on the game’s realism even further. The update also includes a brand new 'realistic' ruleset feature where the readiness recovery rate is halved." Accompanying the update is a new free standalone edition of 1848, a game based on the Hungarian Independence War of 1848-49, free thanks to the sponsorship of the Hungarian Ministry of Education.
