nForce 680i SATA Problems Fixed?

NVIDIA has stated that they have a BIOS for the reference design 680i motherboards that they "believe resolves the SATA problem." (You can read up more on this issue here.) EVGA and others are working with 680i motherboard owners to validate if the fix actually works for all of those folks having issues.
