ASUS Rolls Out 22" Widescreen LCD with 2ms Fast Response and HDCP Support

ASUSTeK Computer Inc. today introduced the MW221U 22" widescreen LCD monitor, which incorporated a wide viewing angle, Trace Free Technology to accelerate grey-to-grey response time to 2ms, and DVI input with High-Bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP) support. A 20-inch widescreen solution, MW201U, is now available as well for those who require a smaller display. "The MW widescreen LCD monitor series is the logical step after the release of products with built-in webcam and powerful subwoofers earlier this year," said Vincent Chiou, Director of Display Business Unit. "As the display market migrates towards widescreens, ASUS will introduce two more widescreen series along with the MW series in the fourth quarter, to provide a complete monitor family for different user needs."
