In case you haven't been keeping Command & Conquer faction histories fresh in your head, here's a helpful primer. Electronic Arts blasted our email accounts with some details on where C&C 3's Global Defense Initiative came from, who their enemies are, and why they keep fighting. We were disappointed, however, at the omission of specifically why the GDI so fervently detests powerful men with shaved heads. All the wars can't only be about the Tiberium, can they?
