Lighthouse Interactive has released a playable demo and new trailer for Ship Simulator 2006, allowing you to try out the sim game by Dutch developer VSTEP and scheduled for June 15th (Thx:Gamers Hell). The game puts players at the helm of some of the most varied and detailed ships to be found at sea, where they will need to perform a multitude of tasks, all set within a stunning 3D environment. Players will take control of a wide array of ship types, from massive cargo ships to speedboats, yachts, water taxis and even the mighty Titanic. Ship Simulator 2006 will feature 8 different ship types, all with individual controls, in 700 km2 recreated harbours, 40 very different missions, a dynamic weather system and many more. 36.1 MB (Trailer) 91.1 MB (Demo)
