Montreal, Canada. April 6, 2006 - Game publisher, Meridian4 and game developer, Frozenbyte are thrilled to announce that the official Shadowgrounds web site has all new content in preparation for the North American release on April 25th.
The update consists of various changes to the website structure and includes new information on many areas of the game, including new character briefs and a sneak peek at the upcoming Level Editor. Gamers can also read more about the Co-Op Mode, which was included at the very latest possible moment as an extra bonus to fans. Four screenshots showing the co-operative multiplayer mode in action are also released and on display on the web site.
“I’m glad we managed to add the Co-Op Mode to Shadowgrounds, even if it is only on the same computer, because it’s so much fun and the screenshots definitely support this,” said Frozenbyte CEO, Lauri Hyvarinen, and continued: “In the coming weeks there will be more updates to the website, as we prepare the Level Editor for release.”
Shadowgrounds will be available in North American retail stores and online after April 25th at a suggested retail price of $29.99. This title has been rated M for Mature by the ESRB.
