Ubisoft's Tom Clancy-inspired shooter is being held hostage again; GameCube version in, PC version out?

Fans of the popular Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six series got some bad news today. After delaying Lockdown from March to April (Q1 of the fiscal year for Ubi) and justifying the bump to "boost the beginning of fiscal year 2005-2006 with estimated sales of 1.5 to 2 million units," Ubisoft has pushed the game back once again.
