Previously reported here at COMBATSIM.COM announcing Koios Works Panzer Command: Operation Winter Storm website, today Matrix Games has issued the following press release:
"Matrix Games and Koios Works are proud to announce Koios Works’ third title, Panzer Command: Operation Winter Storm.
