Non-members of any international intelligence operations, beware: the new PC game Hammer and Sickle crosses way over the “strategy challenge” line and thrusts gamers directly into insanely difficult territory. Disappointingly, what could have been one of the most interesting and rewarding PC strategy games to emerge over the last few years has turned out to be a series of frustration-inducing obstacles.
