NVIDIA has released brand new NVIDIA ForceWare drivers today in both the 32-bit variety and the 64-bit x64 versions. The drivers weigh in at 30MB and 26MB respectively and both are WHQL certified. The fixes and updates are far too many to list here but the release notes can be found here (PDF) for answers to all your questions.
