Carrier Air Group Released

Dan Verssen Games announced this week the release of their new card/PC game for the Vassal game engine, Carrier Air Group. This game is an expansion to this year's Hornet Leader II, offering a new slew of aircraft including the F-14 Tomcat and A-6 Intruder, as well as the long range AIM-54 Phoenix missile, and two new campaigns: North Atlantic 1986 and Taiwan 2008. Hornet Leader is a solitaire board game where you get to command a squadron of US Navy aircraft on campaigns and missions around the world. A vital part of every mission is pilot selection (they all have different skills), and ordnance selection. The game is available directly through the Vassal virtual tabletop gaming system.
