If you think that Corsair is the only player in the flashy memory game, you're wrong. Crucial joins them with their Tracer line of memory. Unlike the Corsair Pro series, where rows of lights flash up and down to show memory activity, Crucial's Tracer line has blinking LED's that light up in no specific order to show memory usage. Crucial calls these LED's "chasing LED's". Why? Because the red and green LED's light up in a circular manner that seem like they're chasing each other. This look is definitely flashier than Corsair's solution. Looks are not everything, though. With the Ballistix, you get flashy looks AND performance.
