The guardian.co.uk has word that Ofcom is investigating the recent incident where an ITV Documentary used a trailer from ArmA 2 under the guise of real terrorism footage. ITV blamed this on "human error," and Ofcom, the "independent regulator and competitive authority for the UK communications industries," is launching an investigation "to see whether the incident constituted a breach of its broadcasting code."
