Theatre of War 3: Korea does not only extend the popular real-time tactical combat series beyond World War Two into the first hot war of the Cold War era, it also introduces a number of groundbreaking new features (such as helicopters), including the completely new Strategic Overlay mode. The Strategic Mode allows players to not only fight the small tactical battles, but also take the big strategic picture into their own hands.
We have just released an overview of some of the details that make up this exciting new playing mode, including an overview of the two major campaigns, units for the three involved forces (North Korea, US and USSR), and provide a first look at the extensive modding capabilities.
