Shrapnel Games announced that developer Spruegames is working on a patch for Salvo!, the game which is now available for both the Windows and Mac OSX operating systems, and may be purchased through the Shrapnel Games' e-store, Gamers Front, for $39.95 plus shipping (which can be as low as free) (Thanks:Gamers Hell). Shrapnel Games is looking for a number of testers (both Windows and Mac) who own Salvo! and want to play multiplayer games to test out the netcode. It is TCP/IP based and will allow both LAN and Internet play. Additionally, hotseat and PBEM will be added.
