NVIDIA GeForce 258.96 Video Card Drivers are now WHQL Certified

Seven days ago NVIDIA has released Forceware 258.96 video card drivers, which was a WHQL candidate driver. It looks like the WHQL-candidate release has passed Microsoft testing and is now WHQL certified. This driver package supports GeForce 6, 7, 8, 9, 100, 200, 300, and 400-series desktop GPUs as well as ION desktop GPUs. Be sure to grab them if you were waiting for WHQL drivers. The release notes documents (.PDF for Windows 7/Vista and Windows XP) reveals numerous game-specific performance updates, and bug fixes.
