NVIDIA just announced the first driver release from their new Release 256 family of drivers. The GeForce/ION Driver release 257.15 BETA is out now and has a huge list of fixes and game improvements. A WHQL-certified version of this driver is planned for early June if you are wondering about that. his is the first driver release from the Release 256 family of drivers (versions 256.xx to 259.xx). This driver package supports GeForce 6, 7, 8, 9, 100, 200, 300, and 400-series desktop GPUs as well as ION desktop GPUs. This BETA driver has performance improvements on the GeForce 400 series in 15 game titles, so if you own a GF100 Fermi graphics card this is your lucky day!
