The first patch for the PC edition of Red Faction: Guerilla has been available through Games for Windows LIVE since December 22. The Red Faction Underground now has word on how to update your game with a manual patch, saying: "Some users have reported problems with the automatic patch download through Games For Windows LIVE." 88 MB - 105 MB
