Intel 670 Pentium 4 3.8Ghz 64Bit Processor Review

Today I will be reviewing the Pentium 4 670 3.8Ghz version of the 64bit capable processor and comparing it to the 660 3.6Ghz & 3.73 Extreme Edition version I have review earlier.
Let's see if the 200Mhz increase takes the Pentium 4 to a higher level or if the US$200+ difference is not noticeable in an everyday Windows 32bit and 64bit environment.
