The v1.20 patches for Combat Mission Shock Force retail versions (Paradox) as well as Gamersgate are finally out now! The list of changes, additions, new features and bug fixes is impressively long as usual.
The v1.20 incremental patches are about 100+ MB each in size and require v1.10 or v1.11 to be installed already. These patches are for owners of the base game ONLY and are NOT needed if you own at least one CMSF Module (Marines or British Forces).
