Firaxis Games' has released a sizeable portion of information concerning yet another aspect of their highly anticipated grand strategy sequel Civilization IV. Specifically, the sequel to three enormously successful "4x" turn based strategy games has had its promotion system illustrated at length by senior Civ IV producer, Barry Caudill.
