CDV Entertainment has released five new pieces of digital eye candy for their WWII-based real time strategy title Blitzkrieg 2. This particular set of screenshots is said to illustrate the treacherous aspects that accompany night fighting. Apart from realistic game mechanics to accurately simulate fighting in the dark, CDV also noted Blitzkrieg 2's excellent lighting system that is expected to catch one's eye with every tank round or vehicle explosion.
