Matrix Gamesand Double Shot Design announce an agreement to publish Black Powder Wars: Battles Of Napoleon, first in a series of black powder-era wargames that "will cover Napoleonic-era tactical combat with full multiplayer and scenario editor support." The game is schedule for release in the fourth quarter of this year.
