Firefox 3.1 to Be Reversioned as 3.5

When Mozilla first mentioned Firefox 3.1, it was supposed to be a date-driven release, targeted for Q4 2008, and with features consisting of those that had missed FF 3 but were nearly complete. Since it's now nearly the end of Q1 2009 and we still haven't seen an RC, obviously that plan went awry. Acknowledging this has turned into a bigger release than planned, Mozilla is now going to call this version 3.5, rather than 3.1.
