The first downloadable add-on arrives. Is it worth the cash?

Fallout 3 won IGN's Game of the Year for 2008 in a near landslide, so you can imagine the excitement around these offices as the release of the first downloadable content approached. Operation: Anchorage is out now for Xbox 360 and PC (there will not be a PS3 release) so naturally I sat up last night waiting to download it and then playing straight through. I found the download to be a bit short for its price tag, but delivering enough of a thrill to make it worthwhile.
