Empire: Total War Pins Down Release Date

According to a posting by Rainier at Worthplaying, Empire: Total War, developed by The Creative Assembly's Horsham studio, is scheduled for release on March 3, 2009 (March 4th in Europe).
Empire: Total War, the new installment in The Creative Assembly’s "Total War" RTS franchise, will maintain the series 3D battles, grand turn based campaign map and rich historical flavor while for the first time introducing 3D naval combat into the series.
