In this review, we’ll be diving in to the Cooler Master MasterBox NR600 which is perfect for those who prefer subtle stealth over the RGB rainbow. The NR600 is part of the MasterBox series of mid-tower cases that features clean crisp edges, plenty of cooling options, and of course a tempered glass side panel.

AMD has released the latest version of their Radeon Adrenalin 2019 Edition drivers. Beta version 19.3.2 is a significant update as it delivers support for Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 and Sid Meier’s Civilization VI: Gathering Storm. AMD also claims up to 4% gain in regards to average performance on the Radeon VII when compared to the previously released 19.2.3 drivers. To go with the added game support and performance boost this release also supports DirectX 12 on Windows 7 for select titles. The Vulkan API also gets some love with this release with the addition of various extensions with the most notable one being the VK_EXT_depth_clip_enable extension which allows for depth clipping operations to be controlled by the application rather than the driver thus making it useful for Developers translating Direct3D content to the Vulkan API.

The new Radeon Software Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.3.2 beta drivers are available online at the AMD driver download page.

NVIDIA today released the latest version of their GeForce Game Drivers. Marketed as Game Ready, this latest release aims to provide the optimal gaming experience for Apex Legends, Devil May Cry 5, and Tom Clancy’s The Division 2.

There’s added support for three new G-SYNC compatible monitors (BenQ XL2540-B/ZOWIE XL LCD, Acer XF250Q and Acer ED273 A). Notable fixes include the DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG error message that occurred in APEX Legends, fixes pixelated corruption issues in Hitman 2 and renders PhysX fog correctly in Batman: Arkham Origins.

This time we’re checking out the new Phanteks Eclipse P600S mid-tower PC chassis. The Dutch company is keeping up the pace, as this is another new product after the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv X, which we reviewed at the end of October 2018. This time it’s a chassis from a bit lower segment of the market (but that doesn’t mean it’s low-end). It combines the advantages of two approaches – silence and performance.

Ah, Aimpad technology! I have been wanting to try it out for a while now, having read references of the Aimpad analog control input mechanism with mechanical keyboards over three years ago. I referenced it in my review of the Roccat Isku+ Force FX as well, a membrane keyboard that used pressure sensitivity to drive a rudimentary form of analog control. Then came the very impressive Wooting One with optical switches for a satisfactory analog control experience on the entire TKL form factor keyboard. That required new switch designs, however, and Aimpad’s compatibility with many existing switches offered a viable alternative as well. Cooler Master partnered with Aimpad, first via a working prototype using their erstwhile Rapidfire keyboard and then for more proofs of concept at CES 2018. Well, it is now 2019, and we are finally here with a retail keyboard. Say hello to the Cooler Master MK850.
