AMD late Monday posted Radeon Software Adrenalin 19.11.3 beta graphics drivers. The drivers add optimization for “Fortnite” in DirectX 12 mode introduced through patch v11.20, which is the only item in the change-log. Besides this, the company has acknowledged just like in the 19.11.2 changelog, that it’s firefighting the issue of intermittent display signal loss when gaming with Radeon RX 5700-series graphics cards.

The new Radeon Software Adrenalin 19.11.3 drivers are available online at the AMD driver download page.

msi-vigor-gk50-low-profile-gaming-keyboardBy Peter Donnell @ eTeknix

I’ve reviewed a lot of keyboards over the years, a few of them membrane, but most of them were mechanical. We don’t see many slim models come through the office, and even less so, mechanical and slim together. A lot of our readers are enthusiast gamers, and they tend to favour mechanical keyboards, which are rarely available in a slim format. Now MSI thinks they’ve found the solution, with the slim and mechanical MSI Vigor GK50 Low-Profile gaming keyboard. Using a new custom switch type, it promises MX Blue style clicky switches in a keyboard that stands just 34mm at the thickest part, giving it a pretty slick design.

NVIDIA today posted GeForce 441.20 WHQL software. The drivers come game-ready for “Star Wars Jedi: The Fallen Order,” and “Stormland.” This includes SLI support for the latest Star Wars game. NVIDIA also introduced support for CUDA 10.2 compute API. The list of G-Sync compatible monitors has been expanded with three more displays. Among the issues addressed with this release are geometry corruption on GTX 900-series “Maxwell” GPUs with “Red Dead Redemption” in Vulkan; G-Sync getting disengaged when V-Sync is disabled in “Red Dead Redemption.” Vulkan-related errors with “The Surge” have also been fixed. There’s also a surprising bug-fix, “Quake 3 Arena” appearing washed-out when color-depth is set to 16-bit. Performance drops with “CS: GO” have also been addressed.

galax-geforce-rtx-2070-super-wtfBy Hilbert Hagedoorn @ Guru3D

We review the new GALAX GeForce RTX 2070 Super in the WTF edition, yes that is a playful way of wording in many regards. WTF is short for Work The Frames, which realistically you would have never guessed. This RTX 2070 is based on the new Super series, as in super-charged based on a Turing TU104 chip.

But what has GALAX done with it? Armed with a three-fan based cooling solution it is bound to remain chilled nicely. But it also has four configurable LED zones with a plethora of animation options. Once powered on, this graphics card will look really nice.
