corsair-carbide-quiet-400qBy Steven Walton @ TechSpot

With its vast experience of case building, Corsair must have foreseen that the Carbide 600C we reviewed last month wouldn’t appeal to everyone with its inverted ATX layout, so its counteroffer seems premeditated. The new Carbide 400 series is a more traditional approach that still maintains the clean lines and curved solid-steel exterior of the 600 series for a great minimalist look.

thermaltake-core-x71-full-towerBy Brian Nyhuis @ Legit Reviews

Today we’re going to take a look at a brand new case that Thermaltake is announcing at CES 2016 in Las Vegas, NV. Kicking off our review coverage today, we’ll take a look at what this full-tower case all has to offer, and show you what makes it so special.

The Core X71 is a massive full-tower chassis, featuring two chambers for advanced cable management and/or various liquid or air cooling opportunities. Inside this case you will find no shortage of cooling potential, so right off the bat I think this case may be a hit amongst enthusiasts. We will have to find out how well these features look like they will work, along with how well the case is built.

aerocool-aero-1000-pc-caseBy Ben @ EnosTech

Today we will be taking a look at the Aerocool Aero-1000 PC Case! Aerocool is very well-known for offering some amazing budget friendly cases that offer great functionality and performance. Choosing a new case, either for a complete new build or just to upgrade your current build can be quite the daunting task. Cases come in all sorts of colours, sizes and can have loads of different features that you may or may not need. One of the more recent case design changes I am personally a big fan of is that manufacturers have started to not always include any optical drive bays. This is great for me as I can’t remember the last time I used one, must be at least 6-years as I much prefer to use USB drives for anything one might use a CD or DVD for.

corsair-carbide-series-600qBy Bob Buskirk @ ThinkComputers

It has been quite a while since we’ve seen a major case release from Corsair. They have been focusing heavily on their all-in-one liquid CPU coolers, gaming products and power supplies, but they haven’t forgot about cases. Today we will be taking a look at a brand new case from Corsair that has elegant minimalist design on the outside, but inside it is anything but that. This is the first case from Corsair that I know of that will feature an inverted-ATX layout. On top of that inside you have plenty of room for storage, watercooling and even a power supply shroud that keeps everything inside looking nice. Corsair will be releasing two versions of this case, a 600C which features a clear side panel to show off your gear inside and a 600Q (which we are reviewing) that has sound-dampening properties and normal side panels. Let’s see what Corsair’s new case is all about!

cooler-master-mastercase-5By Chad Sebring @ TweakTown

Today Cooler Master launches its MasterCase 5 computer case with its FreeForm modular system which allows for customization, adjustments, and upgrades. The version of the chassis we are going to see today is the MasterCase 5, the lesser of the three models, but that does not mean this chassis is lacking in any way. Adding a few drive bays and SSD trays, a top cover and water cooling bracket, and even adding in the windowed side panel will give you what they are calling the MasterCase Pro 5. In the literature we were given, it also appears they may offer a third version called the MasterCase Maker 5, as this whole endeavor is based on the Maker Spirit to begin with. In this version, we are seeing a solid front panel, and with an early Q4 2015 release date in mind, other options in that design could very well be changing as this is being typed. Even with the more modest design of the MasterCase 5 mid-tower chassis that we are about to see, it is easy to appreciate what has been done, and where the idea is going.

cooler-master-mastercase-5-proBy Matthew Lambert @ Bit-Tech

At Computex 2015, Cooler Master launched its Make It Yours concept and a design ethos termed The Maker Spirit, which together formed a company-wide approach to future products that would be upgradeable and customisable and which drew on its experience in the PC modding scene. That concept becomes a reality today with the launch of the MasterCase series. The MasterCase products utilise the new FreeForm modular system, inspired by the MasterConcept case that was developed with the help of world-renowned modders. Let’s look at the MasterCase Pro 5.

fractal-design-define-s-chassisBy Darksaber @ techPowerUp!

The Fractal Design Define S sports the same build quality and look as the Define family of enclosures, which we have come to love, but bears one very big difference: It is geared toward those building a custom liquid-cooling loop. With dedicated mounting possibilities for radiators, pump, and reservoir, the Define S shines where most other mid-tower cases fail by offering more than just a mounting possibility for pre-assembled liquid-cooling solutions.

nzxt-s340-midtower-caseAuthor: Steve Lynch @ HARDOCP

NZXT‘s very sexily named S340 mid-tower computer case is all about clean engineering, clean design, and clean function. There are no flashy panels; just a distinct presence with unblemished surfaces, tidy panel fitment, and crisp edges. For those of you that are fans of function over form, this could be your next chassis.

corsair-carbide-100r-silent-caseBy: Hilbert Hagedoorn @ GURU3D

The Carbide series of PC cases from Corsair have been updated with the budget 100R and 100R Silent, Corsair markets the product being entry-level, and with a 50 to 60 USD price tag, we can not argue on that. These chassis remain to be good looking but really are feature rich products. Keywords here would be a dark design chassis, tool free, decent space and nice airflow with the help of a small fan controller.
