Gateway: Gamer's Nightmare by Joseph Greppo |

The Milk Factory: Beware! On the last day of the 30 days I walked into GATEWAY's BARN and surrendered the nightmare. I had had enough. I had had enough, but Snakeway had not. They tried very hard to have me pay for the shipping back to the factory: $95.00. Bear in mind their Policy: "30 days no questions asked and a full refund." You have all heard the commercial!! In order to get that refund .. you guessed it, the RED TAPE. I helped them with my system. I pointed out improvements that could be made. They went from milking cows to milking customers. All the time I kept a cool positive attitude about the whole thing. Back to getting your refund. They inspect the system. MAKE SURE you have everything sent back. Include the mug, the pen, squishy the milk cow, the books the works. That takes them two days by the way, LOL. 30 Days Plus... 30 Days Remember 30 days........ yes, I am a patient person. All I want is for the thing to work. After that they need ten days for authorizing the refund and another twenty to deposit it back to your account. That's right good old GATEWAY handed me a system that gave me 30 days of headache, and then took another 30 days to give me back my cash! Now, what IF? What if I all this had dragged out beyond 30 days? I am convinced I would have been stuck with that LEMON. |
Who Milks Who? But the worst part is that this system is touted as a gamers dream! Lessons from the Barn Ladies and Gentleman, there is a lesson to be learned here. There is good reason to purchase a gaming system designed by and for gamers. The mass market men cannot cut it and may never do so. It's more than just the Hype about the latest greatest product. It's about getting it built right the first time, and with all the drivers current. Read and research right here at COMBATSIM.COM™. Make an educated choice.
