	SUMMARY and Conclusions This is quite a blow to the hardcore 3dfx crowd. Although the Voodoo3 series remain a good choice for gamers, only the V3500 comes close to rivalling the feature set of the G400. Even then, however, it can't match the 32 bit Z buffer and large texture support, not to mention onboard 32 MB of SGRAM. If the price for both these boards were close, I can't imagine why anyone would choose the V3. As for TNT2 Ultra, it was simply left in the dust, and this with a mature set of drivers. Stable, fast, and full featured, the G400 MAX is the flagship of this generation of video hardware. If you have less than a PII 400 V3 or TNT2 is your best choice. But if you are upgrading beyond that or need the features, it's the MAX for you. Need we say more? It's better, faster, stronger.. able to leap over 3dfx and Nvidia in a single bound.
